He is survived by: his wife Priscilla DeVane; his children, Kevin DeVane of Ivanhoe, Casey DeVane (Adrian) of Wilmington and Victoria Blue Robinson (Gregg) of Harrells; and his sister Alice J. Vann of St. Pauls.
