He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Carl Sparks, Jr. and Mary Geneva Prevette Sparks; his wife Sharon R. Sparks; and his children, Christopher Sparks (Stephanie) of Rural Hall and Christina Britt (Ernest) of Wake Forest.
