With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Marshall Jones of Iron Station, North Carolina, who passed away on November 8, 2023 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Thurman Bryson and Grace Grindstaff Jones. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Sease Jones; and his children, David Michael Jones of Iron Station, Anthony Lynn Jones of Lawndale, Angela Jones Laughlin of Iron Station, Wesley Claude Hoyle of Iron Station and Bradley Dean Hoyle of Claremont. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and many other cherished relatives and friends.
