He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Fortin and Alice Gaudette Fortin; and his wife Barbara. He is survived by: his great grandchild Rosalie Fortin; his son Christopher (Kathleen) of Iron Station; his father-in-law Paul; and his grandchildren, Matthew (Julia) and Megan Frowine (Andrew).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Paul's memory to the Levine & Dickson Hospice House in Huntersville.
