She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Deese and Ruth Parker Deese; and her brother Bill Deese. She is survived by: her son Chad (Amanda); her husband Wayne; her grandson Sawyer Lee Beaty; her sisters, Linda Capps and Sherry Deese; her sister-in-law Sheila Palmer (Scott); her nephew Kevin Capps; her niece Dana Capps; and her close friend Beth Friday.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Pearl Baptist Church (4657 NC-27, Iron Station, NC 28080). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
