It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Tricia Sowers Huntington of Indian Trail, North Carolina, born in Kannapolis, North Carolina, who passed away on March 29, 2024, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Sowers and Janet Sowers; and her brother Richard Sowers. She is survived by: her children, Evan Russell (Elizabeth Soland) and Blair Russell; her sister Amy Collins (Frank); her nieces, Amanda and Ellie Collins; her sister-in-law Valerie Sowers; and her close friends, Ginger Wiggins, Juli Dwiggins, Teresa Worth and Susan Dill.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Carolina Paws Pet Adoption and Welfare Society in Charlotte.
