She was predeceased by: her parents, James B. Jamison and Louise Yost Jamison; her husband Donald Ellis Nance; and her brothers, Carl Jamison, Buddy Jamison and Ben Jamison.
She is survived by: her children, Wendy Maynard (Greg) and Paul Nance; her siblings, Phil Jamison (Marlyn), Libby Wilson and Janice Edwards (Phil); her grandchildren, Madison Maynard and Gus Nance; her great-nieces, Emma Grace Staples, Anna Catherine Staples, Ella Jamison and Layla Jamison; and her great-nephew Camden Troutman.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:45 PM at the Hopewell Baptist Church (420 Hopewell Church Rd, Monroe, NC 28110). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 at the Sunset Memory Gardens (8901 Lawyers Rd, Mint Hill, NC 28227).
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials be made to the Hopewell Church Building Fund, 420 Hopewell Church Road, Monroe, NC 28110.
