With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mildred Sims Kinsey of Indian Trail, North Carolina, who passed away on January 25, 2021 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Sims and Lula Sims; and her husband Walter B. Kinsey, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Vickie Carelock and Randy Kinsey (Debi); her stepdaughters, Shirley Martin (Kieth) and Jackie Hart (Glenn); and her sister Nita Yates. She is also survived by four grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews.
