He is survived by: his mother Clara Sconyers Nickles; his wife Linda Marie Bass Nickles; his daughters, Dr. Laura Nickles Reniker (Bryan) and Candace Nickles Demont (Rob) of Indian Trail; his grandchildren, Lance, Kai, Mary and Caroline; and his siblings, Linda Sue Johnson (Burles) and David Lee Nickles of Augusta, Georgia. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other extended family.
