With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Joseph Fountain Jr. of Indian Trail, North Carolina, born in Salisbury, North Carolina, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Though Joseph may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Joseph touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, J. P. Fountain and Mildred Cornelison Fountain; his grandson Joe III; his great grandchild Cody; his granddaughter Sara F. McKee (Carlton); and his great grandchildren, Mary Catherine (Kim) and Hank (Kat, family: Allen Laymon, Dave, Mary Edna Buie).
