She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Armour and Annie Frasure Armour; and her husband Vernon Edward Nantz, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Donna Gardner (Tim), Vanessa Hurley (John) of Indian Trial, NC, Larry Nantz (Sheila) of Connelly Springs, NC and Vernon Edward "Eddie" Nantz, Jr. of Montana. She is also survived by her eight grandchildren, twenty-two great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
