It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Marie Spitzner of Indian Trail, North Carolina, who passed away on May 25, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Marie Smith and John Francis Smith; and her brothers, John and Kevin Smith. She is survived by: her sister Doreen Smith Salamone; her children, Robert Spitzner, John Spitzner and Donna Stewart; her granddaughters, Amanda Blankenship and Kristina Stewart; and her great grandchildren, Dahlia and Damian Blankenship. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
