She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Toler and Rosa Lee Toler; and her husband Ronald Roy Elkins. She is survived by: her sons, Ronald Dean Elkins (Maria), Donald Elkins (Kim), A. Edward Elkins (Tracy) and Mickey Dewayne Elkins (Laura); her siblings, Mike Toler (Patty) and Patricia Herndon (Roger); and her grandchildren, Brittany Marks (Brent), Derek Elkins, Christopher Elkins (Michelle), Leslie Benitez, Yamaira Benitez and Damien Elkins. She is also survived by great-grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews.
