He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Amentler and Helen Amentler; and his brothers, George, Jospeh and James.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda; and his children, Kristen (Michael), Gina Amentler and Michael Amentler (Sophia). He is also survived by six grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Life and Legacy Funerals and Cremations (6525 Old Monroe Rd, Indian Trail, NC 28079). The military honors was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Salisbury National Cemetery (501 Statesville Blvd, Salisbury, NC 28144).
