She was predeceased by: her parents, Reverend Clarence W. Boatwright and Mrs Bessie Mae Simpson; her husband Joe Neal McLain; her son Gregory Kent McLain; and her siblings, Kenneth W. Boatwright, Clarence W Boatwright Jr. (Bucky), Anna Ruth Davis and Sarah Jeanette Knox.
She is survived by: her family, Pam, Lannie, Brandon, Jake, Jordan and Nick; her brother Ronald Graham Boatwright (Lavonne); her sisters-in-law, Colleen Shearin, Betty Boatwright and Margaret Rowell (Bill); her children, Douglas Neal McLain (Karen) and Pamela McLain Widgeon (Lannie); her grandchildren, Brandon Douglas McLain, Jacob Neal McLain, Jordan Christine Widgeon James (Nathan) and Nicholas Lloyd Widgeon (Madison); and her great grandchildren, Andrew Neal James and Adam Thomas James.
In place of flowers, the family requests donations to be made in Christine's honor to the Union County Animal Shelter or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
