It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Daniela Flores-Melchor (Indian Trail, North Carolina), born in Monroe, North Carolina, who passed away on January 3, 2025, at the age of 21, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid Daniela farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Daniela is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She is survived by: her parents, Socimo Flores-Melchor and Leonarda Flores-Melchor; her brothers, Francisco and Emanuel Flores; and her pets, Cheetoes and Manchas. She is also survived by her many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and an extended family.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Life and Legacy Funerals and Cremations (6525 Old Monroe Rd, Indian Trail, NC 28079). A Mass was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Our Lady of Lourdes (1095 E Franklin St, Monroe, NC 28112). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 1:45 PM at the Wingate City Cemetery.
