He is survived by: his wife Peggy Burns Mull; his children, Carla Mull Efird (Joel, Sr.) of Icard, Angela Mull Creech (Junior) of Smithfield and Nathan Mull, Jr. (Terri) of Hildebran; his grandchildren, Joel Efird, Jr. (Casey) of Conover, Callie London (Nick) of Boone, Chelsea Creech (David Kistler) of Raleigh, Cassie Creech of Chapel Hill, Natalie Mull of Hildebran and Chely Mull of Hildebran; and his great grandchildren, Joel Efird, III, Brooklynn Efird, Lincoln London and Corbyn Mull.
