He is survived by: his wife Betty Johnson Horton; his daughters, Gina Ross Morton, Karen Ross Wheby (Joseph) and Julie Ross Hall (Raymond); his grandchildren, Alexandra Grey Blackwell, Patrick Art Ross, Garrett Austin Hall, Hailey Elizabeth Hall and Joseph "Joey" Robert Wheby; his sister Joy Horton Hill (Terry); his close friend Lindsay Devers; and his nephew Jonathan Hill.
