She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Henry "Rush" and Lena Evans Hurdle; her brothers, Nathan, Samuel and William "Bill" Hurdle; and her grandson Todd Jonathan Oakley.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra R., William A. "Tony" Hayes of Creedmoor, Larry R. and Patricia O. Rudder of Gibsonville; her sister Elizabeth "Lib" Tingen of Roxboro; her grandchildren, Jeff Rudder, Melissa Rich, Terry Gene Oakley, Jayme Tidwell and Megan Hayes; and her great grandchildren, Jack Rudder, McKenzie Rudder, Wesley Souther, Sydney Souther, Avery Souther, Lena Oakley, Hawkins Oakley, Evie Oakley, Elam Oakley, Austin Hayes, Greyson Tidwell, Baylee Tidwell and Savannah Corona. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
