He is survived by: his children, Shynequa Denise King (Mark) of Hurdle Milles, NC and Jamale Lea (Gloria) of Tampa, FL; his grandson Karmelo King Lea of Tampa; his siblings, Deborah Lyons (Nathaniel) of Roxboro, NC, Jesse Lea (Jackie) of Roxboro, NC, Joann Bumpass (Perry) of Roxboro, NC, Clyde Lea (Linda) of Yanceyville, NC, Jackie Whitted (Andy) of Hillsborough, NC, Eugene Lea, Jr. (Shirley) of Roxboro and Michael Lea; and his mother-in-law Louise Smith of Roxboro. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
