He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervan Noah and Ada Marie Wilburn Bartlett; his wife Sadie June Reinhart Bartlett; his son Jeff Bartlett; and his siblings, Ervan Fredrick Bartlett, Everett Lucas and Ervean B. Church.
He is survived by: his children, Mark Bartlett of Durham, NC, Kenneth Bartlett of Durham, NC, Russell Bartlett of Hurdle Mills, NC and Cindy B. Brown (Kelly) of Portsmouth, OH. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, and thirteen great grandchildren.
