He is survived by: his wife Mary Nell Wilson of Hurdle Mills, NC; his children, Linda Susan Bowes of Hurdle Mills and Wayne Michael Austin (Angela) of Roxboro; his grandchildren, Lori Osborne (Andrew), Jeffrey Bowes (Allison), Brian Bowes, Thomas Austin (Katie) and Carla Edge (Mike); his great grandchildren, Georgia Austin, Lily Osborne, Connor Bowes, Landon Austin, AJ Stone, Aubrey Bowes, Henry Osborne, Philip Austin, Caroline Austin, Eli Austin, Nate Edge (Haley), Kaleigh Edge, Maura Edge, Sophie Edge and Oliver Edge; and his great great grandchildren, Eleanor Edge and Ka'leina Edge.
