He was predeceased by: his sister Tracey Lea Clay; and his grandparents, James, Bertha Clay and Hazel Goods. He is survived by: his parents, Rev Benjamin Clay and Ann G. Clay; his sister Priscilla Clay Thompson (Maurice); his nieces, Alexis and Austyn Thompson; his nephew Benjamin Thompson; his aunts and uncles, Ernestine Goods, Blondale Jeffers, Esther Dixon (Steve), Rachel Clay, Rhonda Reaves, Wanda Clay, Robert Clay (Bob), Reginald Clay (Veronica), Quinton Clay (Natalie) and Ronnie Brooks (Crystal); his great-aunts, Ossie Goods Clay (Jasper), Eugenia Wallace, Lillian Lewis (Bobby) and Doris Mallet; and his brothers, Ronald Smith (Runt), Toderick Kirk, Timmy Bowman and Carl Jones. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
