He was predeceased by: his parents, William Overton Davis and Mattie Sue Keatts Davis; and his brother Milton Davis. He is survived by: his wife Lucille Clayton Davis; his children, Ricky Davis (Malinda) of Hurdle Mills, Brenda D. Harris of Hurdle Mills, Randy Davis (Sherry) of Leasburg and Joyce D. Gray (Harvey) of Prospect Hill; his siblings, Roy Davis of Hurdle Mills, Tom Davis of Roxboro and Ruby Ford of Roxboro; his grandchildren, Lee "Scooter" Davis (Beth), Nikki Ward, Lisa Rogers (Chris), Kim Harris and Casey Gray; his great grandchildren, Troy Davis, Ragan Ward, Justin T. Rogers, River and Heath Hager; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Lacy and Jake Rogers; his granddaughter Allie Wrenn; and his pet Daisy.
Due to the Executive Order regarding the COVID-19, the attendance will be limited to 50 people.
