He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Leland Crumpler and Ida Belle Wiggins Crumpler. He is survived by: his daughters, Noel Bryant Crumpler of Raleigh and Erin Yates Crumpler of Raleigh; his brother Leroy Crumpler (Christy) of Swansboro; his granddaughter Eleanor Kingsley Crumpler; and his nephew Michael Crumpler.
