He was predeceased by: his mother Sally Ann Banham. He is survived by: his father Robert Stewart Banham; his wife Kristyn Fleischman Banham; his children, Alyssa Nichole Hedrick (Bradford Hedrick) and James Everett Banham (Vanessa Gilbert); and his brother Scott Reynolds Banham (Chris Banham).
