Munoz Alvarado, Sari Elaine Munoz Alvarado and Carin Marisa Munoz; her grandchildren, Christopher E. Critchfield Munoz and Christian Fabian Rizzi Munoz; and her siblings, Elga, Lourdes, Julio, Luis and Edwardo.
She worked at the National Packing Co, The Julio Alvarado Foundation, a family nonprofit organization that served the disable through Music Therapy Services, and The Geriatrics Center of La Playa de Ponce.
