He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Lonnie and Lula Dorcas Williams (Fisher); and his siblings, Cary Walter Allen, Sr., Patricia Brewer Grant (Allen) and Joyce Anne Williams.
He is survived by: his fiancée Margaret Gallaugher; his children, Jason Williams (Ali) of Boca Raton, Florida, Brandi Evans (Casey) of Atlanta, Georgia and Emily Musgrave (Derek) of Charlotte; his grandchildren, Mya and Dylan Musgrave; his daughters, Harper and Mila Williams; and his sister Laura Taylor (John).
