He is survived by: his wife Juliann Cara Wadsworth; his children, Timothy Cheuvront (Lori), Juliann and Samuel Cheuvront (Melinda); and his sister Florence. He is also survived by 8 Grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, Sam's wish was for support to be directed to The Wounded Warriors Project or The Humane Society of the U.S..
