With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Ruby Oxidine of Huntersville, North Carolina, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roger Matthews and Susie Matthews; her husband Dean Oxidine; and her sisters, Lucille Parker and Mary Wilkins.
She is survived by: her daughters, Deanna Frye (Brad), Michelle McCord (Sandy) and Traci Cox (Mike); her grandchildren, Nick McCord (Jackie), Zack McCord (Cara), Bryson Poteat (Will), Jake Frye, Hannah Cox and Tyler Cox; her great grandchildren, Murphy, Laiken, Sadler McCord, Laramie and Greeley Poteat; her sister Frankie Buchanan; and her brother-in-law Don Oxidine (Ruth).
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Hopewell Presbyterian Church (10500 Beatties Ford Rd, Huntersville, NC 28078).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hopewell Presbyterian Church, 10500 Beatties Ford Road, Huntersville NC 28078.
