He was predeceased by: his parents, Ludwig Porubsky and Adele Porubsky. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Roger Porubsky, Jr. and Tricia Sisson (Brian); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Cobb (Justin) and Sam Sisson; and his siblings, Ronald Porubsky (late Jackie), Adele Hilkert (Scott), James Porubsky (Andrea), Jerome Porubsky (Maureen), Mark Porubsky (Sylvia) and Mary Ann Newman (Dan). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:45 PM at the Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home (16901 Old Statesville Rd, Huntersville, NC 28078). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Saint Mark Catholic Church (14740 Stumptown Rd, Huntersville, NC 28078). A burial will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at the Northlake Memorial Gardens (11001 Alexandriana Rd, Huntersville, NC 28078).
