He is survived by: his children, Gwendolyn, Arie (Elizabeth) and Jessica (Christopher); his children-in-law, Elizabeth and Christopher; his grandchildren, Christian, James, Katie and Annabelle (Connie); his brother Russell (Diane); and his siblings-in-law, Judy and Ben. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
