She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Sneed and Rena Sneed; and her siblings, Leroy "Buddy" Sneed, Herbert and Brown (Vassal).
She is survived by: her sons, Charles Hands Jr., Reginald Hands, David Hands and Edward Hands. She is also survived by her husband, her four loving sons, two daughters-in-law, adored grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Raymer-Kepner Chapel (16901 Old Statesville Rd, Huntersville, NC 28078).
