She was predeceased by: her parents, Rene Berthiaume and Roselyn Berthiaume; her husband Ronald Bowen; her daughter Lisa Lorenzo; and her sister Arlene.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert Barton (Trish) of Mooresville, NC, Tommy Barton (Ann) of East Hampton, NY and Keith Barton (Nicole) of Mooresville, NC; her grandchildren, Andrea, Josh, Kevin, Vanessa, Timothy, Aaron, Bud, Keith Jr., Brian and Brittney; and her siblings, Roy, Danny, Johnny, Peter, Joey, Freddie and Louisa. She is also survived by many loving great grandchildren, cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made payable to Grace Covenant Church, memo: "Bowen memorial Senior Group" and mailed to Grace Covenant Church 17301 Statesville Rd. Cornelius, NC 28031. Memorials will go to the Grace Seniors Ministry, a ministry Norma was involved in.
