She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincent Deis and Catherine Deis. She is survived by: her children, Ryan Powell (Conor O'Sullivan) and Katie Halter (Devin); her grandsons, Chase and Cole Halter; her stepdaughter Jaime Coblentz (Zac); her stepgranddaughter Alice Coblentz; her stepson Travis Webb; her sister Donna Matthews (Doug); her siblings-in-law, Doyle Baughman, Pauline Waymire and Carol Grashel; her nieces, Dawn Hock (Chris) and Mary Griffith (Bill); and her husband Bob Webb.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Fairhope's Eastern Shore Art Center (ESAC), where Nancy enjoyed taking art classes.
