He is survived by: his wife Judith Bremer Quickel; his children, James Browden Allen, III, Michael Meredith Quickel, Jr. and Eloise Quickel Hale; and his grandchildren, McKenzie Quickel, Cooper Quickel, Mac Hale, Joss Allen and Justice Allen. He is also survived by his grandparents' lawn. And the son.
