He was predeceased by: his parents, John Guidice and Anne Del Guidice; and his child Thomas Del Guidice. He is survived by: his wife Christine Devine Del Guidice; his children, Jennifer Easler (Bryan), John Del Guidice, Chrissy Crew (Scott) and JoEllen Darcey (Michael); his grandchildren, Isabella Murphy, Emmett Crew, Ellory Crew, Adam Darcey and Andrew Darcey; and his siblings, Mark Del Guidice, Carolyn Scheriff, Laura Del Guidice-Elliott and Suzanne Holt. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews and friends.
In lieu of customary remembrances, the family asks that donations be made to the Levine and Dixon Hospice House in Huntersville North Carolina.
