She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Kuskoski and Katherine Kuskoski (Pierzga); her husband George J. Skurja; her son Peter Skurja; her granddaughter Tara Cirillo; and her siblings, Thomas, Stella, Anne and Helen.
She is survived by: her children, Judith A. Sidarweck (Otto) of Guilford, CT, Nancy Bourque (William) of Milford, CT, Patricia Corley (Dwight) of Huntersville, NC, Susan Dorenbosch (Jan) of Redding, CT, Thomas Skurja (Brenda) of Thomaston, GA and George Skurja (Patricia) of Stratford, CT; her grandchildren, O. J., Gene, Nicole, Hannah, Dale, Mark, Matthew, Tommy, Anni, Kacey and Jake; her great grandchildren, Emma, Timothy, Samantha, Liam of Chase, J. R., Leo, Zoey and Thomas; her great great grandchild Delilah; and her sister Catherine B. Aiello of Chapel Hill, NC. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations and memorials may be made to Wounded Warriors, St Jude's Children Research Hospital, and a local Hospice Organization.
