She was predeceased by: her father H. Victor Niebylski. She is survived by: her husband Gary Blase; her children, Gary Alexander Blase and Margerite Victoria Niebylski Blase; her siblings, Victor J. Niebylski, Dianna and Jackie Niebylski; and her mother Aurelia Niebylski.
