He is survived by: his father Leslie Ray Wardlow; his daughter Erica; his son-in-law Justin Matis; his children, Amanda Wardlow, Jennica Wardlow, Kade Wardlow, Gwenn Wardlow, Teresa Medlin and Stephanie Leisten; his brother Chad Wardlow; his grandchildren, Piper and Harley Matis; his nephew Tyler; and his nieces, Lauren and Savanna.
