He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wachter and Margaret Wachter. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Wachter; his children, Christopher Wachter (Maria), Andrew Wachter and Andrea Leigh Setzer; his stepson Jonathan Flatt (Allysa); his siblings, Michael (Pat Wachter), Peter Wachter and Teresa O'Dell (Steve); and his grandchildren, Devan, Milania Wachter and Cameron Flatt.
Memorials may be made to the Salvation Army or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
