He was predeceased by: his mother Jane R. Springer. He is survived by: his father William H. Springer; his wife Ellen Springer (Leonard); his daughters, Alyssa (Matthew Larson), Emily (Jonathan Yavorsky) and Molly (Daniel Gregory); his grandson Braden Kenneth Yavorsky; his stepmother Gayle Springer; his brothers, Gary (Jessie) and David (Karin); and his stepsiblings, Jason Barth (Melissa) and Jennifer Barth (Richard Quigley).
A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the James Funeral Home (10520 Arahova Dr, Huntersville, NC 28078). A reception was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the NorthStone Country Club (15801 Northstone Dr, Huntersville, NC 28078).
