She was predeceased by: her parents, Calvin Boone and Kate Lowery Jones; and her siblings, Thelma, Elma, George, Edna, Ethel and Sarah.
She is survived by: her husband Jerry Edward Smith; her daughter Gerri Ann Shaw (Clint); her granddaughter Judith Prestwood (Ruslan "Dave"); her siblings, Patti Murphy (Wayne), Margaret Parker (Roy), Nancy Johnson and Billy Jones; her niece Lynn Dunn (John); her brother-in-law Richard Smith (Nancy); and also McKinna. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews and in-laws.
