He was predeceased by: his father Jacob Wilson Baxter; his brother Jerry Baxter; and his aunt Martha Little. He is survived by: his wife Arla Joy; his sons, Todd (Anna) and Ryan (Krisha); his grandchildren, Taylor, Tyler, Austin and Sydney; and his aunt Wanda Spilecki.
