He is survived by: his children, Joe Troutman, Jr. and Lisa Troutman Revalee; his granddaughter Kaitlyn Revalee; his sister Betty Jean; his brother-in-law Claude Young; his sister JoAnn Stone; and his nieces and nephews, Mike Stone, James Young, Mary Ann Troutman, Alma Troutman, Betty Ann Grady, Alison Weathers and Denise Carpenter.
