He is survived by: his wife Magaly Payne of Dallas, NC; his daughter Sandra Bates; his son-in-law Thomas Bates of Huntersville; his granddaughter Jennifer Sides of Kannapolis; his great grandchildren, Cody, Haley, Kaitlyn, Chloe, Hannah and Emma; and his great great grandchild Camden.
