He was predeceased by: his wife Norma J. Scammell; his parents, Frank Scammell, Sr. and Kelsie Ramey Scammell; and his siblings, CJ Scammell and Virgie Chapman (Scammell).
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Kristy Vacek, Scott Marshall, Brandon Raines, Joseph Healy, Matthew Healy and Chadwick Raines.
