He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen McKinney and Kathleen McKinney; and his sisters, Kathleen Siebert and Eileen Oconefsky. He is survived by: his wife Dayna McKinney; his children, Craig McKinney, Stephen McKinney and Shannon Clendenen (Jim Clendenen); his stepchildren, Russell Cowan and Melissa Brown; his grandchildren, Audrey Pardue of Rush Clendenen, C. J, Vasquez, Alyssa Vasquez, Courtney Brown, Michael Brown, Rebecca Cowan and Rachael Cowan; and his siblings, Pauline Greene (Rod), Jane Mulvey, Henry McKinney and Alfred McKinney (Lisa). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
