She was predeceased by: her father Jacobus Johannes Retief Uys; and her brothers, Gideon Retief Uys and Anton Retief Uys. She is survived by: her husband Christiaan Ludolph Neethling; her daughter Ghitte Neethling; and her mother Susara Cornelia Uys.
