She was predeceased by: her parents, John O'Grady and Catherine O'Grady; her brother John; and her sister-in-law Laura. She is survived by: her son Brian Mack; her daughter-in-law Donna; her granddaughter Samantha; and her siblings, Bernadette O'Grady Faughnan (Frank), Veronica O'Grady (Edward), Gary, Andrew (Laura) and Daniel (Arlett). She is also survived by 9 nieces and nephews, and six great nephews.
